How do I get started?
Sign up as an owner, add your property, and invite your tenant via email. The whole process takes under 5 minutes.
My tenant hasn't received the invite email. What do I do?
Ask your tenant to check their spam folder. If still not found, go to Invite Tenant in the app and send a fresh invite. Each invite generates a new unique token.
I want a refund. How do I request one?
Email us at rentiz.app@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request" and your registered email. See our Refund Policy for eligibility details.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes — each property is ₹999/year. You can add as many properties as you need from the owner dashboard.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at rentiz.app@gmail.com with subject "Delete Account". We will delete all your data within 30 days.
