1. About Rentiz

Rentiz is a property and tenancy management platform that helps property owners manage their rentals and communicate with tenants. It is operated by [Your Business Name], registered at [Your Business Address], India.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Rentiz
• You must be a legal resident or citizen of India
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One person may not maintain more than one account

3. User Roles

Property Owners

As a property owner, you are responsible for the accuracy of property information, tenant invitations, and any documents uploaded. You agree not to misuse the platform to harass or deceive tenants.

Tenants

As a tenant, you can only join Rentiz via an invitation from a property owner. You are responsible for the accuracy of your KYC documents and personal information. Uploading fraudulent identity documents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Rentiz offers a 15-day free trial for property owners
• After the trial, each property costs ₹999 per year
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscriptions are annual and non-transferable
• Tenants always use Rentiz for free

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use Rentiz for any illegal purpose under Indian law
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the platform to harass or harm other users

6. KYC Documents

Rentiz stores KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) solely for the purpose of tenant verification between landlords and tenants. We do not share these documents with third parties. All documents are watermarked "For Verification Purpose Only." By uploading KYC documents, you confirm they are genuine and belong to you.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Rentiz — property photos, documents, records. By uploading, you grant Rentiz a limited licence to store and display this data to you and authorised users (your tenant or owner). You can request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses due to temporary unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rentiz is a management tool — we are not a party to any rental agreement between owners and tenants. We are not liable for disputes arising from tenancy relationships. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rentiz in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at rentiz.app@gmail.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.

12. Changes to Terms
