All data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS servers. KYC documents are stored in a private, encrypted storage bucket and are only accessible to the relevant tenant and their property owner. We use row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data.

Photos are compressed before storage to reduce size. KYC documents are watermarked with "Rentiz — For Verification Purpose Only" before storage.

KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) are treated with the highest level of care. They are stored in a private bucket, accessible only via time-limited signed URLs that expire after 1 hour. Only the tenant who uploaded the document and their property owner can view them.
