Rentiz offers a 15-day free trial — no credit card required. We want you to be completely confident before paying. This policy explains what happens if you need a refund after subscribing.
✅ Full refund eligible: If you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and have not actively used the paid features (no tenants added, no documents uploaded after payment).
❌ Not eligible for refund: After 7 days of payment, or if you have actively used the platform after subscribing (added tenants, uploaded KYC documents, logged repairs, etc.).
You paid on Day 1 of the trial ending, but changed your mind on Day 5. No tenants have been added yet. → Full refund.
You paid 3 months ago and have been actively using the platform with 2 tenants. → No refund.
Technical issues prevented you from using the platform for more than 5 consecutive days. → Pro-rated refund or extension.
You forgot to cancel before the annual renewal and request a refund 15 days after renewal. → No refund.
If your payment fails during checkout, you will not be charged. Your trial will continue until it naturally expires. If you believe you were charged for a failed transaction, contact us immediately at rentiz.app@gmail.com with your Razorpay transaction ID.
Payments made using promo codes or discounts follow the same refund policy. If a free promo code was used, there is no monetary refund as no payment was made — however, we can extend your plan period if there was a technical issue.
You can stop using Rentiz at any time. Your data will remain accessible until your current subscription period ends. After that, your account will be restricted but data preserved for 30 days. To permanently delete your account and all data, email us at rentiz.app@gmail.com.
